'FUNNY...YOU DON'T LOOK CRAZY?!' opened in December to a standing ovation. This highly anticipated show is now available for bookings!

Fundraising Manual Overview

Victoria Maxwell knows how challenging it can be for organizations in the mental and community health fields to generate and sustain funding. This is why she is working with one of the country’s foremost fundraising professionals, Geran Capewell, to help groups such as yours raise the funds to cover Victoria’s fees and expenses and to use her engagement, if you wish, to raise additional money for your organization. This step-by-step “How To” Fundraising Manual demonstrates different ways Victoria Maxwell’s services can help you generate revenue.

In addition, Geran Capewell will be available to presenters, via phone and email, to assist you in your fundraising efforts. Geran will also be conducting live and on demand fundraising workshops for presenters via the internet.
(Watch for Geran’s Workshop Schedule coming soon)

If you have committed to, or are seriously considering, presenting Victoria Maxwell then this Fundraising Manual and corresponding support is available to you at no additional cost.

This manual identifies seven potential revenue sources.

  1. Strategic Partners - If you are purchasing Victoria Maxwell’s Three Service Package then this strategy shows you how to raise money by offering one or two of the additional services available to a Strategic Partner.
  2. Depression and Bipolar Awareness Day - This strategy packages two services available in Victoria’s Three Service Package into an Awareness Day to raise both money for and awareness of your organization.
  3. Sponsorship - Several strategies are presented to secure sponsors for Victoria’s engagement and other activities of your organization.
  4. Ticket Sales - A step by step manual describing how to budget, promote and create ‘value added’ when selling tickets to Victoria’s presentation.
  5. Membership and Donor Programs - This strategy demonstrates how Victoria’s engagement can provide both short term and long term financial benefits for your organization.
  6. Institutional Funding - There may be foundation or even government money available to subsidize Victoria’s fees and expenses. The manual provides a list of potential sources of funding specific to where you are located, and tips on how to apply.
  7. Merchandising and Residual Revenue - Through her affiliate programs Victoria Maxwell will soon make available an ongoing revenue opportunity to generate further income for your organization with a minimum of effort.  (Also see Victoria’s Store)

The Manual also outlines the resources you will need to successfully implement these fundraising strategies and tips on maximizing the revenue potential of Victoria’s engagement.

We understand if confirming your booking of Victoria is contingent on raising the funds to cover her fee and expenses. We will do everything we can to assist you to that end. However to ensure your ability to deliver Victoria’s services as part of a funding agreement you should not begin your fundraising until you have tentatively book her engagement.

Once you have confirmed or tentatively booked Victoria Maxwell we will be pleased to send you your free copy of her Fundraising Manual and provide support in your fundraising efforts.

For more information on Victoria Maxwell’s availability and services or to contract or tentatively book an engagement please email Geran Capewell at gcapewell@victoriamaxwell.com

Odds and Ends

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore! Dream! Discover!
