Are you itching to find your voice, unearth your story, and get comfortable on stage in a safe environment?

Join me for an interactive day of perfectly, imperfect improv, creative writing, monologue hatching and soulful speech shaping.

This playshop is ideal if you are an entrepreneur, or executive ready to build confidence and improve your speaking skills; an actor, author or comic interested in learning how to share your stories in a different medium, or for any individual wanting to find their voice.

Together we will open the flood gates and drown the critic or at least put him in a life jacket and send him off to sea for a bit.

“Fantastic workshop… the participants all fell in love with Victoria! She inspired everyone there.”    – Wayne McNiven, Head of Community/Career Education, Vancouver Community College

In this one day hands-on play-shop you will:

  • cultivate confidence & courage, get better at expressing yourself on the fly while having fun
  • give yourself permission to gently step out of your comfort zone,  experience all of who you are without judgement
  • walk away with a 1–3 minute rough draft of a fictional or true story monologue which you can develop further into a talk, a show, a snippet to share or NOT

The playshop gives a boost to your communication skills, your presence and your confidence in whatever work you do, on-line or in person. You’ll clarify your story and your voice, and walk out being able to live it more fully in life and your vocation. It’s perfect for beginners and professionals.

“An excellent, rare writer who helps brings words to vivid life on stage…irresistible humor.” – David Roche, International Humorist, California

No previous experience required (though previous experience is totally cool too), only the willingness to show up. Participation in improv is requested, sharing your writing is voluntary, but encouraged. Although, most people end up scrambling to share and enjoy doing it!
